Our Response to Coronavirus (COVID 19)

Throughout our history, we’ve driven soldiers home from war, reconnected love ones, and helped communities rebuild after devastation. But throughout it all – our motor coaches were on the road serving our customers and safely connecting people to their destinations.

For the very first time, the safest way to serve our customers has been by not serving them at all. Across North America, Trailways carriers have suspended service in those communities most affected by the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic.

Trailways continues to closely monitor developments related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) as well as provide customer assistance to those passengers that must travel on our essential services still in effect today.

Travel Disruption Assistance:

If you purchased your ticket from Trailways.com, we’ve waived all re-booking fees if you are traveling between Wednesday March 4th, 2020 and Wednesday April 30th, 2020. Click here for more information and to begin the re-booking process.

If you purchased your ticket at a retail location, please visit that location or contact the Customer Care Center for more assistance.

Those customers who have rented entire vehicles for a tour or group charter and have questions related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it may affect their upcoming travel should contact their booking representative directly.
