The driver is very nice and helpful. He drove very safely and the whole trip was very smooth. I think half of the whole coach is for the solar eclipse in Plattsburgh and his driving made everyone happy on that. And we did it.

I found it frustrating that we sat in Albany for an hour where there was not the ability to use a restroom or get food and then were made to get off that bus and onto a different one. While the second bus was much more comfortable which I appreciated...

Only confusion was not knowing there was a transfer in Albany when I bought my ticket online. Other times listed transfers but not the bus I was on. The wonderful bus driver informed us that the second bus would not leave without us.
