Trip Protection

If your purchase Trip protection there are over twenty (20) circumstances under which you may request a refund. A complete list of reasons can be viewed here: https://www.refundable.me/en.

Trip Protection can be added to any eligible itinerary by making your purchase on Trailways.com or Trailways.ca. Simply select “Yes, I want to protect my purchase” during the checkout process.

No, Trip Protection cannot be added to a purchase on Trailways.com or Trailways.ca after checkout. Trip Protection must be can only be added at the time of purchase.

Purchasers with Driven Rewards accounts can simply log in to their account at Trailways.com/account/login or  and follow these instructions: Desktop: After logging in, on the top right corner of the page, select “My Account”.

On the left hand side select “My Trips”.

Scroll down until you locate the trip in questions and select “Apply For Refund”.

Mobile: After logging in, select the drop down menu in the top right corner. Once expanded select “My Account”.

From the drop down window, select “My Trips”.

Scroll down until you locate the trip in questions and select “Apply For Refund”.
