Mobile Boarding Availability and Check In Process

Trailways.com is the only place to purchase paperless tickets for Trailways trips across America. Here’s how to get on board:

  • Select Mobile Boarding as your ticket delivery option when making your purchase online at Trailways.com (Mobile ticketing is not yet available on all trip routes).
  • Check your e-mail two hours prior to departure for a special link to check in.
  • Follow the link in your e-mail to check-in for your trip.
  • Present your Mobile Boarding pass to your driver in order to board your trip.

Having trouble with your phone? No access to a printer? We’ve got you covered. Follow these simple steps to have your ticket waiting for you at your departing location:

  • Select Pick Up At Terminal/ Will Call as your ticket delivery option when making your purchase online at Trailways.com (If you don’t see this delivery option available then your departing location does not offer it).
  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure, where you’ll visit the Trailways or Greyhound ticket counter.
  • Present a copy of your receipt and ticket delivery type: we’ll print the ticket out for you.

Still love the reliability of having a printed ticket?  This ticket delivery option is available on every trip we offer across North America. Follow these simple steps to access Print at Home tickets on Trailways.com:

  • When checking out, select “Print at Home” as your Ticket Delivery Method.
  • Print your ticket on single sided paper and present it to your driver upon boarding your trip.

Did you select Print at Home as your ticket delivery method but change your mind? We’ve got your covered! Scroll down to “Change Your Ticket Delivery Method” to learn how easy it is to transfer your Print at Home purchase into a Mobile Boarding Pass online.

Trailways.com now offers customers the option to alter their Ticket Delivery Method up to 15 minutes prior to their scheduled departure. Changing your Ticket Delivery Method is available on the following ticket types:

  • Print at Home
  • Mobile Boarding

When you’re ready to make changes, simply log in to your Driven Rewards account and follow these simple steps:

  • After logging in your browser will open to the “My Trips” page.
  • Look under “Upcoming Trips” and select the purchase you’re altering.
  • Select “Modify Ticket Delivery”
  • Choose the Ticket Delivery Method you’d like and press “Save Changes”
  • All changes must be made more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.

Tickets by Telephone

Purchasing tickets for a loved one or a friend traveling from another city? Our Customer Care Center offers convenient ticketing by telephone for a fee. Simply request a Pre Paid Ticket Order when speaking with any of our Customer Care representatives today.

  • When purchasing a Pre Paid Ticket Order, the traveller will be able to pick up their ticket at their departing location by presenting the order confirmation you receive by phone to the terminal ticket counter agent.
  • Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure in order to guarantee you receive your printed ticket for the trip.
