Trip Planning Basics

A day trip is priced upon a 12 hour period, based on the time of boarding. Additional hours may be added at a per hour rate.

Multi day trips are priced based on mileage, daily itinerary, transfers, and/or overnight stays.

Trailways driver gratuities are extra and are generally $1 or $2 per passenger.
Zip Codes are requested in order to price a quote accurately.

A signed contract is due within 10 days of initial booking along with a 20 percent non-refundable deposit by check or credit card (the final price balance is due 21 days from the date of the trip departure unless other arrangements are made).  Cancellation policies apply.
