Beginning on Thursday May 4th, 2023, Trailways.com and Trailways.ca will unveil hundreds of new origins and destinations across North America. As a result of this significant expansion, Driven Rewards accounts may experience temporary disruption.
The features of your Driven Rewards accounts which may be affected include your ability to accrue points and your ability to expend them online. The team behind Trailways.com and Trailways.ca is working hard to ensure that full functionality is restored to your Driven Rewards account as soon as possible. In the interim, we’ve taken the following steps to make sure that getting to your destination is as easy as possible:
Accruing Points: We anticipate automatic points accrual returning to your customer account as soon as Wednesday May 10th. At the time of automated restoration, points that had not previously populated as a result of our technical upgrade will be posted to your account.
Expending Points: Using your points for online redemption will be temporarily disabled while we expand the number of places you can reach. During this time customers are invited to contact the Trailways Customer Care Center Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm EST to make a reward redemption by using the following contact information:
