Did you lose a personal item or carry-on while traveling with us?
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve left something behind. We will do everything in our power to find and return your lost item to you. To properly guide the search process, please tell us if the item was piece of checked luggage that was checked by another carrier before connecting with us, or if it was an item that you brought onboard the bus such as a bag, eyeglasses, jacket, a stuffed animal, etc.?
Lost and Found FAQ’s

You will receive an email from us after you submit the form for your lost item. If we find an item matching the description of your lost item, we will notify you by email. The email will contain instructions that will allow you to confirm that the item is in fact yours.

We promise to thoroughly search for your lost item. The search period will be active and ongoing for 30 days from the date that we receive your form. If we are unable to find your item, we will send you an email informing you that we were unsuccessful in locating it.

If we locate an item that matches the description of the item that you reported lost, we will contact you according to the contact method that you indicated on your form. You will then be able to arrange for pick-up or delivery of the item.

We love a happy ending. For small items, we will be happy to mail your lost item back to you via USPS. If you live close to the corporate office of your carrier, and prefer to pick the lost item up in person, you may certainly do that. If you don’t live near the carrier's corporate office but do live near a stations or terminal operated by that carrier we can send your item to the station or terminal nearest to you and you may pick your item up there.
For larger items, or if you live well beyond the carrier's service area, you will need to provide a valid credit card to cover the cost of shipping and we will return it to you via UPS.

We will hold all lost items for 60 days. Once 60 days and all efforts to return lost items to their owners have been exhausted, the items will be donated to various charities so that the items may help those in need.

Military ID’s will be sent to the Department of the Navy, NAS-JRB ID Office. This department will then facilitate the return to the applicable military branch indicated as the branch of service for the servicemember.
Passports will be sent to the U.S. Department of State, Passport Services, Consular Lost/Stolen Passport Section.
All other personal documents that we are unable to return will be destroyed.

We understand that losing personal items can be very stressful. We promise to conduct an exhaustive search for every item reported to us.
By providing an accurate description and as much pertinent information as possible on the Lost Item Form, you are helping us to more quickly identify your item. All fields on the form are critical. Failure to complete the form in its entirety may limit our ability to find your item.
