  • Is beer included in the trip?

    No, beer is not included in the trip. It is available for purchase at the brewery!

  • Where do we put our things while we’re out tubing?

    Any items you don’t want can be left on the bus! The bus won’t be parked right by the hill, so make sure you take all your warm clothing off the bus with you.

  • What’s the schedule for the evening?

    The following itinerary represents our standard departure times*:

    2:15pm: Depart 85 Delancey St, Lower East Side

    3:00pm: Depart West 45th St

    5pm -7pm: SNOW TUBE! (There is a bonfire at the base too)

    7:00pm: Depart Mountain Creek

    7:30pm: Arrive at Brewery & Dinner

    9:30pm: Depart Brewery

    11:00pm: Return to Gotham

  • What time do we get back?

    You’ll be back in NYC at approximately 11pm.* Weather and traffic permitting.

  • Where should I meet the bus?

    First pickup is located at 85 Delancey St on the Lower East Side between Ludlow & Orchard.

    Second pickup is always West 45th & 11th Ave on the street across from Gotham Market.

    It is always the same bus picking up downtown and heading uptown so if you’re meeting a friend and each want to use separate pick up locations that is no problem, just inform your guide.

  • What should I wear?

    Hat, gloves, snow pants, winter jacket, warm layers, goggles (if you have them)  and cash or credit card for drinks at the tubing hill and at the brewery. Don’t forget your 21+ ID!

Fine Print

Trip is nonrefundable. No full or partial refunds are given to customers who miss the event. In the event of a cancellation by the operator, your ticket will be fully refunded. Event subject to change/cancellation based on weather/river/snow level conditions. All trips run rain or shine; in the unlikely event of a cancellation you will be notified via email. You can reschedule your trip for free up to 7 days prior to the trip departure or up to 24 hours when you purchase Trip Protection along with your booking. There are no reschedules or refunds for missing the bus or no-shows. Each ticket is good for one (1) person, unless specified otherwise. Trips involving alcohol are 21+ , valid ID required. All other trips are 18+. The deal is valid only for tickets on the date[s] of the event as listed and may not be exchanged or redeemed for any other dates. Provided transportation by Sourced Adventures is required; you may not drive yourself.

In order to attend any Sourced Adventure whether your ticket is purchased directly through Sourced Adventures, Inc. or any of it’s affiliates, distributors or partners you are required to sign and submit a copy of our release of liability waiver before departure. We will collect your waiver on-site and by attending you must agree to our release of liability terms outlines in our waiver.
