Trailways.com is closely monitoring developments related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) across North America as part of our effort to safeguard both our customers and our employees who serve the traveling public each day.
While only a small number of people in North American have contracted Coronavirus (COVID-19), Trailways understands the implications this has had on our customer’s daily lives. Effective immediately, we have instituted the following policies:
If you purchased your ticket from Trailways.com, we’ve waived all re-booking fees if you are traveling between Wednesday March 4th, 2020 and Wednesday April 15th, 2020. Click here for more information and to begin the re-booking process.
If you purchased your ticket at a retail location, please visit that location or contact the Customer Care Center for more assistance.
Those customers who have rented entire vehicles for a tour or group charter and have questions related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it may affect their upcoming travel should contact their booking representative directly.
Moving forward, we implore our passengers, as well our employees, to please follow state and federal healthcare recommendations and to consider staying home if you are coughing, sneezing, have a fever or are otherwise feeling sick.
