What if I’m running 5 minutes behind?

We have a strict leave time policy, meaning our buses leave on time. If you are running late, please be in touch with our office staff at (646) 847-2367 to alert them. We will do our best to hold the bus for you, but we have a strict 4:15pm cutoff policy.
