Coronavirus Information Center

These are rapidly changing times. You’re in the right place to learn more about our evolving standards that put you, our staff members, and communities first.

Masks must be worn by all passengers at all times while on board any scheduled Trailways vehicle, at all Trailways terminals, and while boarding or disembarking, including at outdoor (curbside) locations. Any passenger who refuses to comply with the mask requirements may be denied boarding and may be removed from the vehicle/facility before reaching their final destination.

If you must travel, keep in mind that several states and cities have enacted specific guidance and/or requirements for people arriving into their area, often requiring a 14- day self- quarantine and registering prior to arrival. Please review the latest information at the state government web site of your destination state.

We ask that if you do not feel well, you reschedule your trip. You may be refused entry into a state or city if you are displaying symptoms consistent with coronavirus.
